My two lovelies came by yesterday…nat came to collect brownies, firah came to taste cheesecake

I’m grateful that my bakes allow us friends to gather & talk like theres no end, its a bonding session yesterday. It was fun, realising dat we r still frens after so many yrs, friendship untouchable. They offer their ears to listen to my merepek-ness, they offer their shoulders wen i’m really in need…well, bsides Mr Bf of coz, he is my friend too, hehehe…

Firah & I have been frens wayyy back…we were form Darussalam Kindergarten – Al-Irsyad k2- Al-Irsyad Secondary, notty kids, bully other ppl…its either me hasut her to bully others or she will be the one who hasut me to bully others, we r denace the menace, hahaha, cubit2 budak yg tk bersalah sampai muke member merah nak nangis juz bcoz we don like her sitting in between us, hahaha, eviiiillll…..whereas nat & I have been friends since K2 in Al-Irsyad, hehe, always bully her, once i cut the tip of her tudung using art & craft scissors, aniaya anak org sak…she complaint to her mother, but no use la…her mother oni said “dgn budak kecik mcm gini kau takot!” wahahhaha…we r real friends

Forced nat to eat my cheesecake (she hate anythin cheese) , she was wringgling on my bedside, thinking twice whether to eat or not to eat, hahaha. Too bad she gave her word oredy to taste it, wahahha, i’am soooo evil….and she tasted it….hahaha….and she said nice, sedap & hmmmm…phew! relieve…hahaha! should take a vid showing her face reluctant to eat the cheesecake, wahahah

It was a very nice day yesterday, they will be coming again nxt wk! woohooot!

I was hoping dat certain events will be going my way early of dis yr…sadly, it dind…was hoping for gd news dat will enlight me. Have learnt not to put up too much of high hopes unless u can pick urself up if it doesn’t go ur way… I might have a change of profession if i were given the chance to enter this sector, time is tough nowadays, but hey juz do watever i can :)

Mr Bf has been very worried with his ownself recently, we had an open talk. He should be fine by now i guess. Humans can be very confused with wat they really want. I juz hope that an event that hapen last yr dind repeat itself dis yr, Insya’ Allah. If it really hit me again, i’m not sure how i’m going to pick myself up again. Lets be optimistic, juz hope for the best in my life & hope that everything will be put to place, soon.

Received gd news today, wen i look through my e-mails…if everything do work out, it will be a dream come true. For the mean time, will discuss with certain ppl in my life and fill up the form as a starter, and we will see from there.

Me and mum have been doing some baking lately, for mum it was juz to fill up her time whereas for me, i’m taking orders! yep, orders!

So we bake these :

This is mum’s cooking, she’s been experimenting with these for weeks! haha..its very nice, a traditional kuih,

very crispy, oh careful of its edges though.

These are brownies ordered by Nat, packed carefully. Nat requested to have xtra nuts to add with the crunch.

These brownies is truly decadent suitable for chocolate lovers, u can have lots of chocolated like these in ur fridge,

best eaten with any ice cream, yum-0! These will be collected this afternoon

I baked these lovelies yesterday, on the bottom is a plain mini cheesecake and on the top is a strawberry topped mini cheesecake. It came out beautifully without any cracks on the top better than the previous cheesecake that i baked, alhamdulillah success! woohoo! I dipped my fork on these after putting it in the fridge for hours! i’m sooo drooling whenever i open the fridge, but hey patience…wahahha…tell u i don have the patience wen i see treats…who does, u tell me…haha

sumbody will be coming over today to have a taste of these

Baking is part of my life now, taking orders juz to have that extra income coming in besides that its juz a mother-dotter activity where my mum and i will spent our time together in the kitchen. An opportunity to communicate.

Oh yeah, went to xpo on saturday at a very last min coz dear said since we are already at the east are, so maybe shud juz drop by! we were there 15 mins before it ends at 10PM, so went there & search for Kak Nazlin owner of Doll Me Up! everything was pink at her booth, cute said hi, very nice & pretty lady, test her product, real good i tell u, her eyeshadows especially, really bright colours, combining it with an eye base it will further enhance the colour. Try it for yourself. She was having discounts, but sadly can’t buy any, coz need to budget although dear offered to buy for me, but nah, nxt time ard wen things are lil easy ya! nevertheless check out Doll Me Up, it might be the nxt big thing

i can’t wear heels for the time being! coz my feet kene gesel by an idiot lugging his luggage through a crowd and dind even say sorry afterwards! mintak kene pelangkung. anyways we caught a glimpse of fiona xie at koufu commonwealth promoting beer,haha. while pointing at her, exclaim at dear “look! fiona xie!” jakon kan mcm tak perna nampak, mmg tak perna nampak pon huahuahua. Noe wat dear said dgn muke sparoh nak ketawa and tak percaya ” heh… fiona xie…. kat sini?” and he almost laugh wen i ekceli shove him to the crowd and tell him “see! fiona la! duh! tak caya org” he can oni go “hehe”..see la, he can never trust ppl u noe..certain things at least, lots of time he laugh at me for my antics, blueks…

haven’t been going to Orchard Rd for quite a long time, simply bcoz it gets really tough to get free parking there on sunday, so we spent about half an hr in search of parking lot,wahahha..then walk down to taka for him to spent his $50 voucher on. He went straight to a camping store, and i knew it by dat time he had an agenda going on, dats usually the case if he dind tell me anything, we bought a 2 cooler bag for picnic purposes. He had the courtesy to ask whether i wan to buy anything at taka before he take both bags, but nah, its ok..i don have anythin in mind, it won’t fit the bill anyway, so its ok

end the nite at pasir ris beach. Always remember to bring a shawl or jacket whenever u go there, it gets very windy nowadays. It was a nice day out to end

P/s: we are baking muffins today! i think…hmmm…will see, ibu! wats cookin today, LOL

I’m making a collaboration with my mum in desserts making/pastry making watever u call it. My mum will be selling her Chocolate Eclairs filled with different kinds of ice-cream flavours whereas i’ll be selling my brownies & cheesecake coool, mother & dotter, we’ll be fighting for the oven mind u! dad wasn’t very happy with us spending our time baking, not dat he understands anyway the oni thing he say is its a waste of time…Anyone who would like to order, feel free to contact me!

Anyhoos, visited nenek yeterday, ALhamdulillah she can move her right arm slightly, dats an improvement. Mua nenek cut her hair short! short as in really short above the shoulder, huahuahua, she looks cute! idind bring for her anything yesterday, wish i could, but i noe how to bake brownie and cheesecake oni sori nek! we ate ice-cream potong together yesterday, my nenek ate ice cream after so loooong not eating ice cream, she have 3 of it yesterday, she oni eat ice cream potong, and mind u she bite on the ice cream not lick! and my nenek uses gigi palsu,huahuahua,cute! the conversation goes :

Me: nek,nenek gigit ice cream! kuat nye gigi nenek, tak ngilu ke?

Nenek: tak la, bagus kan gigi palsu, kuat!

I burst out laughing loudly,wahahhaha! my nenek can be very funny

I’m very close to my paternal grandparents, wen i was younger, i don talk much with my grandparents, i wasn’t very vocal at dat age. After my grandfather’s departure, i felt lost coz befor he left i dind talk much with him although he dotes on me. I get older, i visit my nenek as much as i can, talk to her, joke with her, i feel happy

anyway, all my cuzzin have grown before my very eyes as i’m the eldest in the family..how time flies…

love spends time with me yesterday! he brought me to eat my favourite kway teow goreng with fried chicken! sedap i tell u, finger licking gd! he taught me to eat it with the fried chicken, hehehe…i’m not gd at experimenting with food, but he is REAL gd…sumtimes i will look at him eating his dish, and i will tell myself “ wah, how come his so nice ah” and the next thing i knew i look at him innocently and said “err..can i have some??? pls?” wahahha, and yeah, he will laugh at me, but don care la! so thank darl for the food!

Oh ya, have to wait few weeks more for the company to call again. I’m anxious. I don think i can wait i need a job! i got nat & ila to help me check out whether theres vacancy at their place, and aunt want me to sent resume to UOB hr..will do so i hope everything goes smoothly this yr…

Good afternoon to whoever reading this, wahaha

Dind do much today, dind go for my daily climb up the stair from 1st floor to the 16th floor today coz my GF came yesterday (Read: mua menses) so decided not to do the climbing, eheheh..wen i’m not doing the climbing means i won’t be buying newspaper for the house..no reading of news today…not that it make any difference pon, still the same new, politics, bad ppl, evil ppl, innocent kids

slept thru till 10+, haven’t bath, yes i noe, kopets! wahahah…but watever la, not that anybody gona smell me anyway. At least i did my part of brushing my set of teeth,heee…*sparkling white, ting!* help out the momma with cleaning up of her kitchen cupboards, byk harta karun, serious, she keep her monies hidden everywhere i tell ya…kalah org dulu2…wahahah…so while cleaning up, mom switch on WARNA radio station, and u noe warna have alot of lagu lama2…and ya, we sang, this mother and dotter sang! no la..more like croaking, wahahaha…hey, have to admit u noe, my whole family, we r not meant to have the voice that can sing..hehehe

I’ll be going out this afternoon HOPEFULLY
